Stylectiv was an online social platform launched in beta which allowed users to shop each other's closets. Stylectiv facilitated the buying, selling, and swapping of clothing and fashions among women on closed university campus communities. Stylectiv also made use of a custom recommender system for buying clothing from anywhere on the web when more sustainable options were not available.
Stylectiv was an idea created by Lydia in 2011 to tackle the issue of waste in the apparel industry and was taken successfully from idea to working product.
